O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist to operate store vehicles, deliver parts to professional customers, and handle COD payments and returns. You will use handheld devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, track mileage, and perform pre- and post-trip inspections.

This role supports customer service, may assist with cashier duties, and requires a clean driving record, valid license, and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Bilingual candidates encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must be able to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills are required.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet company standards.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers.
• Use handheld devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, and update mileage.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and keep vehicles clean and secure.
• Safely handle monies collected for COD deliveries and manage returns.
• Pick up customer returns and fill out driver return slips.
• Communicate issues or customer needs to store management.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs or incidents to the store manager.
• Clock in/out per company policy and assist with cashiering or merchandising as needed.
