Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist to operate store vehicles, deliver parts to professional customers, and collect COD payments. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and you will handle returns and daily vehicle inspections.

Responsibilities include using handheld devices for deliveries, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and coordinating with store management on any issues. Additional duties may include customer service and merchandising support.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet company standards.
• Must possess a legally required state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers safely and efficiently.
• Use delivery fleet management handheld devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, and update mileage.
• Keep vehicles clean, maintained, and conduct daily inspections before operation.
• Secure keys, fuel cards, devices, and monies collected at all times.
• Pickup customer returns and complete driver return slips.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs or incidents to store management.
• Ensure fuel and security at day end; clock in/out per policy.
• Assist with customer service, stocking, merchandising, or other duties as needed.
