Responsibilities

Provides exceptional customer service by assisting clients with bank transactions and verifying deposits.
Receives checks and cash for deposits, verifies amounts and endorsements; explains, promotes, sells products or services.
Promotes cross selling of products and services and handles utility bills and loan payments as needed.
Completes all transactions in accordance with banking regulations including BSA/AML and corporate guidelines.
