Job summary

AutoZone is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Associate to help customers find the right parts and provide expert advice in-store. You will stock, assist customers, and support sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role emphasizes teamwork, product knowledge, and safety, with opportunities for growth within AutoZone’s extensive network. Bilingual English/Spanish communication is a plus, and ASE certification can enhance advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old to apply.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide trustworthy automotive advice.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated store environment.
• Recommend products and promotions to hit sales goals and store metrics.
• Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow POS procedures and loss prevention.
• Follow structured processes and safety policies; use PPE to stay safe.
• Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from vehicles and suggest solutions.
