Stewart Painting, Inc. in Yarmouth, MA is seeking a full-time Painting Job Leader to guide our crew on diverse job sites. You will lead hands-on painting work while coordinating scheduling, delegating tasks, and ensuring top-quality results.

Formación

• 1+ years of professional industry experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to perform and supervise all necessary job functions according to company standards
• Ability to use sprayers and power washers
• Knowledge of proper use of appropriate tools, equipment, ladders, safety equipment, and PPE
• Bilingual

Responsabilidades

• Lead your team to various job sites and work hands-on with the crew
• Oversee scheduling, delegate tasks, and keep the team on track
• Ensure quality standards are met on every project
• Maintain safety and PPE compliance across sites
