Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is hiring a part-time Store Associate for Store #703565 in Spokane, WA. You will help customers, answer questions about products, and recommend solutions while ensuring high standards of service and maintaining product displays.

Responsibilities include processing sales, tinting and mixing products, stocking shelves, and assisting with deliveries as needed. Must be 18+, bilingual English/Spanish, with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs, and recommend products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers and handle transactions accurately.
• Meet sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain organized work orders and stock from shelves or warehouse.
• Tint and mix products as needed to customer specs.
• Stock, display, and keep store clean and presentable.
• Assist in deliveries when required.
• Remain knowledgeable about products and options available.
