Job summary

TransGlobal Holdings Co. is seeking a P&C Commercial Line Sales Agent to identify and acquire new business in the commercial insurance sector. Build client relationships, provide risk management solutions, and contribute to revenue growth.

The role requires a proactive, goal-driven professional with strong sales acumen and a deep understanding of commercial insurance products; bilingual English plus Mandarin Chinese or Thai is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active P&C insurance license required.
• 2+ years of commercial insurance experience.
• Bilingual English plus Mandarin Chinese or Thai.
• Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and drive results.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows Suite and an Agency Management System.
• Able to manage multiple clients and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Actively generates new sales leads through referrals; obtains information to turn leads into prospects and clients.
• Present proposals to prospect and client, close sales and complete exposure analysis.
• Develop accounts and cross-sell products and services within the P&C Department and/or All-in-One Platform.
• Be proficient in available carrier rating system provided for agency use.
• Maintain the proper documentation for existing and prospective clients.
• Identify carrier risk appetites, carrier information, target classes, and underwriting guidelines.
• Respond to client inquiries, incoming mail, and company requests on a timely basis.
• Attend training sessions and courses to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards while maintaining high ethical service practices.
