Kinetic, a Uniti business unit, is hiring an Entry-Level Outside Sales Representative to meet residents door-to-door and recommend fiber internet and connectivity services in local neighborhoods.

No prior sales experience required; the role offers paid training, ongoing coaching, and clear career growth, with a compensation package featuring a base salary plus uncapped commissions and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Reliable personal vehicle for local travel.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Prospect in assigned neighborhoods with door-to-door outreach.
• Introduce Kinetic internet services to potential customers.
• Assess customer needs and recommend fiber internet and connectivity solutions for homes.
• Assist customers with orders, billing setup, and new service activation with strong customer service.
• Utilize company mobile tools (iPads/iPhones) to manage sales activity and customer info.
