We are seeking an enthusiastic Operations Manager to lead a high-volume, process-driven production line, identify bottlenecks, and drive quality and productivity improvements across departments. The role offers growth and meaningful impact within a nationally recognized firm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams or operations in high-volume, process-driven environments.
• Bilingual English–Spanish.
• Proven ability to identify bottlenecks and improve throughput.
• Development-oriented leadership with focus on quality and productivity.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the operation of the entire production workflow within the firm.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks to keep cases moving smoothly and backlog-free.
• Drive team growth, raising quality and productivity of staff.
• Set and track operational metrics and KPIs, adjust processes based on results.
• Collaborate with onboarding, review, verification, paralegals, and attorneys to ensure efficiency.
• Propose and implement long-term process improvements.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and talented Operations Manager to join our dynamic team!

• At least 2 years of experience leading teams or operations, ideally in high-volume, process-driven environments (call centers, BPOs, service firms, legal, etc.). Experience in the immigration or legal field is a big plus, though not required.
• Bilingual (English-Spanish).
• Proven experience managing production lines or workflows, with the ability to identify and remove bottlenecks before they impact the client.
• Ability to prevent and reduce backlog, prioritizing effectively and anticipating operational risks.
• Development-oriented leadership, with the ability to raise both the quality of work and the productivity of the people you manage.
• Analytical, process-driven thinking, with the ability to measure KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both to give clear direction to your team and to coordinate with other areas of the firm.

In this role, you will:

• Oversee the operation of the entire legal production line, ensuring cases move smoothly through every stage of the process.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, taking swift action to keep workflow stable and backlog-free.
• Drive team growth, raising both the quality of the work delivered and overall productivity.
• Set and track operational metrics and KPIs, adjusting processes based on results.
• Collaborate closely with the different departments (Onboarding, Review, Verification, Paralegals, Attorneys, etc.) to ensure consistency and efficiency across the operation.
• Propose and implement process improvements that strengthen the operation over the medium and long term.
