Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking an Onboarding Specialist in Cold Spring, MN to welcome new hires and guide them through their first 60 days, ensuring they have the tools and confidence to succeed in their roles.

You will provide hands-on training on the production floor (90–95% of your time), support safety onboarding, and collaborate with HR and Operations to ensure a smooth start for new team members.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in hot/cold environments.
• Experience in training or onboarding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure new hires meet safety policies and expectations.
• Manage onboarding from day 1 through 60 days.
• Provide hands-on training on the production floor.
• Track training progress and attendance.
• Foster relationships between new hires and supervisors.
• Collaborate with HR and Operations to ensure onboarding.
• Participate in HR and company committees.
• Other duties as assigned.
