Job summary

HEALTH CARE 4 ALL INC in Orlando, Florida is hiring compassionate RNs and/or LPNs for private duty, long-term care in home settings. This 12-hour night shift (Saturday and Sunday 7am-7pm/7pm-7am) offers one-on-one care to medically complex pediatric and adult patients as an independent contractor.

The role emphasizes delivering high-quality, individualized care, monitoring patient status, and coordinating with care teams, families, and community services to ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Florida (Required).
• Fluent in Spanish (Required).
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight, one-on-one skilled nursing care in Orlando, FL.
• Monitor and respond to changes in client health status.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Document all nursing care accurately.
• Communicate effectively with care teams and family members.
• Ensure compliance with clinical and legal standards.
• Provide emergency interventions (e.g., CPR, First Aid) if needed.
