Qualifications

• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition of assigned areas.
• Stay knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.

Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin‑Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. They promptly resolve customer concerns, ensure maximum satisfaction, stay current with product features, and maintain high visual standards.

Location: Airway Heights, WA 99001 (within a mile radius of Store #721119).

This is a full‑time position. Pay: $19.30 per hour.

This role involves contact with customers—including minors—and handling cash and other payment methods. A criminal background review is required.

• Ability to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer‑service position.
• Experience selling paint and paint‑related products.
• Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
