Job summary

Examinetics is hiring a Bilingual Mobile Health Technician in Bakersfield, CA. The role requires 100% travel and bilingual English/Spanish communication to service client sites and collect health data. Training and comprehensive benefits are provided.

You will conduct hearing, vision, and vital sign tests using a mobile testing unit and ensure timely data submission to the corporate office. A high school diploma and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• 100% travel
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
• DOT medical card required prior to start
• Post Offer Employment Test (POET) required
• Compliance with DOT, OSHA, and HIPAA regulations
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, networking, Wi‑Fi, and Bluetooth connectivity
• Basic understanding of iOS and Android mobile platforms and Apple iPad
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Travel by air and road to client sites with up to 100% travel
• Operate a company issued mobile testing unit
• Conduct hearing, fit clearance, and vision tests; take vitals
• Manage client data collection and ensure timely submission to the corporate office

$27.50/hour PLUS first year bonus: $5,000.

After 1st year targeted annual bonus increases to $10,000.

Bilingual Mobile Health Technician Primary Responsibilities

Travel by air and road to client sites with up to 100% travel to assigned areas. Drive a company issued mobile testing unit (specially equipped 26 ft. truck or 13 ft. sprinter van) to client sites. You will provide quality service to clients by conducting hearing tests, respirator fit clearance tests, vision tests, and taking vitals. You will manage client data collection and ensure timely submission to the corporate office.

Bilingual Mobile Health Technician Basic Job Requirements

• Minimum of High School diploma or GED.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license in state of residence with a good driving record. (REAL ID required)
• DOT medical card required prior to start of employment. (6-month card)
• Post Offer Employment Test (POET) required before first day of work.
• Compliance with DOT, OSHA, and HIPAA regulations.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products, networking, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth connectivity.
• Basic understanding of IOS and Android Mobile Platforms and Apple iPad.
• Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Experience

• Client relations and/or customer service experience.
• Driving experience in large cities.
