O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Merchandising Specialist to keep the front sales floor stocked, displayed, and clean, greet customers on the showroom floor, and help ensure the retail space presents a professional and inviting appearance. Essential requirements include strong organizational skills, the ability to read and match numbers, basic computer skills, and the ability to work well with others in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor and assist them in locating merchandise or direct them to a parts specialist when needed.
• Check in, price, and stock merchandise.
• Keep merchandise on display floor fronted, full, and assist with image maker responsibilities daily.
• Change displays according to guidelines, update planograms, and update price labels.
• Remove sale materials after sales end and restore original pricing.
• Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns.
• Work with manager on weekly store inventory and merchandising tasks.
• Occasionally serve as a cashier or drive a delivery vehicle when necessary.
• All other duties as assigned.
