Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Merchandising Specialist in Madison, WI to keep the showroom stocked, fronted, and clean. You will greet customers, assist with locating merchandise, check in stock, and support weekly merchandising tasks.

Candidates fluent in Spanish are encouraged. Responsibilities may include cashier duties or driving a delivery vehicle as needed; universal training and advancement opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to clearly read, write, and match numbers and letters.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must work well with others in a team environment.
• Previous stocking experience.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
• Fluency in multiple languages, Spanish highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor and help locate merchandise or direct to a parts specialist.
• Check in, price, and stock merchandise.
• Keep displays fronted, full, and align with O’Reilly Image Maker guidelines.
• Update planograms and price labels; ensure sale signs are in place.
• Remove sale materials when promotions end and restore original pricing.
• Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and returns.
• Collaborate with the store team on weekly inventory and merchandising tasks.
• Occasionally serve as cashier or drive a delivery vehicle as needed.
