O'Reilly Auto Parts in Brenham, TX is seeking a Cashier/Front-End Sales Associate to greet customers, locate merchandise, and handle checkout with a friendly, fast service. You will keep displays stocked, process price changes, and deter shoplifting on the front floor. Bilingual Spanish is highly desired and encouraged.

Responsibilities include assisting with stock, returns, and daily to-do tasks with the store team, clocking in/out per policy, and contributing to a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Good aptitude for dealing with number sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
• Previous cashier and/or stocking experience.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on sales floor and assist with locating merchandise or direct to parts specialist.
• Check in, price, and stock merchandise; keep display floor fronted and clean.
• Make display changes according to company guidelines and planograms.
• Manage price changes and sale signage; ensure sale materials are in place and updated.
• Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and returns; support store tasks with manager.
