Qualifications

• Required: Good aptitude for dealing with number sequences, good interpersonal communicational skills, good organizational skills.
• Desired: Previous cashier and/or stocking experience. Ability to drive manual transmission vehicle. Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor and assist in locating merchandise or direct to a parts specialist.
• Check in, price, and stock merchandise.
• Keep the display fronted, full, and clean daily; make display changes per planograms.
• Make all out-front price changes and ensure sale signs are in place.
• Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns.
• Work with the manager on the store To Do List and Team Weekly tasks.
• Act as main deterrent for shoplifting and maintain front floor security.
• Handle express lane tickets, money, checks, and credit cards as needed.
• Assist customers by completing tickets and service at busy counters.
