Job summary

Fred Finch Youth & Family Services seeks a bilingual Spanish-speaking Mental Health Therapist to provide clinical intervention and therapy to adolescents and transition age youth in California. The role offers pathways for Therapist I or Therapist II with credentialing expectations and the possibility of growth within a supportive community-based program.

• Master's degree in a field related to mental health.
• Eligible for California credential: ACSW/AMFT/APCC or licensed status (or obtainable within 6 months).

Responsibilities

• Provides behavioral health clinical intervention and recovery services to assigned participants and families.
• Develops treatment plans and conducts individual, group, and family therapy.
• Manages an assigned caseload of children, youth and young adults; offers crisis intervention and consultation.

Education

Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or related field
