Job summary

Ellie Mental Health – St. Charles, IL is seeking licensed and provisionally licensed mental health therapists to join our outpatient team. We welcome LCSWs, LCPCs, LMFTs, LPCs, and LSWs, with a special encouragement for Spanish-speaking clinicians to help expand access in St.

Charles and surrounding communities. We offer a supportive, low-burden administrative environment designed to maximize clinical autonomy and client care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, MFT, or related field.
• Active or eligible Illinois clinical/provisional license (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, LPC, or LSW).
• Knowledge of treatment planning and clinical documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and ethical standards.
• Experience with clinical documentation within required timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and establish diagnoses.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based outpatient psychotherapy.
• Complete progress notes, treatment plan reviews, and other clinical documentation.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation per clinic/payer requirements.
• Full-time clinicians maintain 25 completed client sessions per week.
• Collaborate with families, schools, medical providers, and care team.
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and training.
• Provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed, client-centered care.
