EvidenceBasedAssociates is seeking motivated Mental Health Professionals to join our Functional Family Therapy team. You will deliver family-focused therapy in home, school, and community settings, engaging families and collaborating with schools and providers to coordinate care.

Qualifications

• Master’s in social work, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or related human service field preferred; licensure may be required for supervisory roles.

• Experience working with youth and families; strong communication and collaboration skills.

About the Role

Position Description:

• Deliver individualized therapy to families in home, school, and community settings, using a strengths-based, solution-focused approach.
• Engage family members in therapy and support their involvement in the treatment process, emphasizing communication, problem-solving, and positive parenting techniques.
• Collaborate with schools, community organizations, and other service providers to ensure coordinated care and support for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to families dealing with immediate issues or emergencies, while ensuring safety and stability.
• Be an integral part of a team-orientated environment.
• Participate in initial and ongoing training, supervision, and team case staffing.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with care teams as needed
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
• Participate in supervision (if applicable based on licensure level)

Candidates MUST be willing and able to:

• Live locally, within 1 hour of the noted territory.
• Provide therapy inside the family home as a regular part of the position.
• Maintain a flexible, non-traditional schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed, based on the availability of the youth and family.
• Regularly travel throughout the full identified service territory to meet with families and provide services where needed.

Education Preference: Master’s in social work (MSW), Mental Health Counseling(MHC), Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), psychology, counseling, education, or other relevant human service profession preferred; required for site supervisor position.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with youth and families.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with individuals and families.

Compensation

Salary range for this educational level is commensurate with credentials held and experience.

Non-Licensed Therapist salary range: $51,993 - $57,534
Licensed Therapist salary range: $57,234 - $61,757
