Job summary

Primmed Pain Specialists is seeking a hands‑on bilingual Lien Specialist on the provider side to manage medical lien cases, coordinate patient care, and drive treatment continuity. The role offers a path to Lead Lien Specialist with greater leadership responsibilities.

You will handle case follow‑ups, approvals, documentation, and proactive problem solving while communicating with patients in English and Spanish. This is a full‑time on‑site position at Ft. Apache in Las Vegas.

Qualifications

• Experience with medical liens or healthcare operations.
• Experience in patient coordination or medical case management.
• Experience with patient retention and treatment follow-ups.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple active cases and address delays.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and medical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage medical lien cases from the provider side, keep cases organized and moving forward.
• Follow up with patients regarding treatment, appointments, and case needs.
• Support patient retention and continuity of treatment through communication.
• Coordinate treatment approvals and necessary case documentation.
• Track lien cases, treatment progress, pending items, and follow‑up requirements.
• Communicate effectively with patients in both English and Spanish.
• Coordinate with attorney offices, providers, billing, legal, and operations.
• Proactively identify case issues and work toward timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and audit‑ready case records.
• As you grow into the Lead Lien Specialist role, help guide the lien team and improve workflows.
