Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent and/or completion of a medical terminology course.
• One-year experience in a records department preferred.
• Ability to work in high stress environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of medical records and patient information with confidentiality and safeguarding, in line with LCDF policies.
• Assists with front office functions and delivers effective customer service to patients at the assigned clinic.
