Celebration Obstetrics & Gynecology in Orlando, FL is seeking a bilingual Medical Assistant to support the Maternal Fetal Medicine team. The role focuses on patient intake, vitals, and coordination in a small specialty practice.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, experienced with Athena EMR, and comfortable working with high-risk obstetric patients. We offer a supportive environment, competitive benefits, and opportunities to grow clinically.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant with experience in women's health preferred.
• Proficient in phlebotomy, specimen handling, NST administration, and sterile technique.
• Experience with Athena EMR is highly desirable.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Responsabilités

• Perform patient intake, vitals, and medical history documentation.
• Support MFM providers during high-risk obstetric visits and ultrasound workflows.
• Collect and process specimens following infection control protocols.
• Maintain exam rooms, prepare trays, and ensure accurate charting.
• Coordinate with referring OB/GYN practices and schedule patients.
• Provide compassionate patient experience and assist with special projects.
