Job summary

Midtown Community Health seeks a dedicated Medical Assistant to support providers in delivering high-quality care in Ogden, Utah. You will contribute to immunizations, referrals, and inventory management while maintaining a patient-friendly, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Completed medical assistant program or can substitute education for 1-year minimum experience in similar setting.
• CNA or phlebotomist certifications up to date can substitute education.
• Experience with medically underserved patients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers by collecting vitals and preparing exam rooms.
• Conduct and document laboratory tests and quality control.
• Maintain stocked patient care areas and weekly room inventories.
• Coordinate patient referrals and immunizations, and document visits.
• Handle patient communications and billing encounters.
