Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish for patient communication.
• Experienced Medical Assistant / Front Desk role expected.
• Knowledge of orthopedic care a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule provider clinics and ensure necessary files are ready.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate referrals to PT, pain management, or imaging.
• Document all patient interactions accurately in records.
