Job summary

Conviva Senior Primary Care is seeking a Medical Assistant to be the first point of contact for patient care. You will handle administrative tasks alongside clinical duties such as recording vital signs, administering injections, and preparing examination rooms.

This on-site role is based in Orange City, FL, supporting the Center Administrator and contributing to a values-driven care team. The ideal candidate has bilingual English/Spanish skills, 1+ year MA experience, and CPR certification,

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Over 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant.
• Successful completion of MA school/training program or a Certified/Registered Medical Assistant or 5+ years of experience and approval from Provider.
• Phlebotomy experience.
• Medication/vaccine administration experience.
• CPR Certified.
• TB screening participation required.

Required

Use your skills to make an impact

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Over 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant
• Successful completion of MA school/training program or a Certified/Registered Medical Assistant or 5+ years of experience and approval from Provider

• CPR Certified
• This role is considered patient facing and is part of the company's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB

Preferred

• Certified or Registered – (Arizona, Indiana, and South Carolina candidates require Medical Assistant Certification or Registration)
• Value Based Care experience including knowledge of HEDIS, CPT/ICD coding, and CAHPS/HOS Patient Experience.

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 to 5:00

Location: Onsite in Orange City, FL

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$43,000 - $56,200 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
