In this role, you will be the face of our business in the local community, tasked with driving growth, building strategic relationships, and attracting new clients. The ideal candidate is a creative self-starter with an interest in the healthcare field and a passion for connecting with people.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Actively promote our pharmacy in the local area to attract and secure new business.
• Client Outreach: Conduct outreach via phone calls to prospective clients and schedule introductory meetings.
• Relationship Management: Attend in-person meetings with potential clients, healthcare professionals, and local businesses to negotiate and finalize business agreements.
• Problem Solving: Act as a liaison for our existing customers, resolving complaints and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Creative Marketing: Brainstorm, develop, and implement new ideas to increase our pharmacy's visibility and community footprint.
• Local Travel: Travel throughout the local area to promote our services and foster relationships.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bilingual (Required): Must be fully fluent in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with our large Spanish-speaking client base.
• Experience: Previous marketing, sales, and/or healthcare experience is highly preferred.
• Personality & Skills: Must be highly outgoing with exceptional interpersonal skills. Ability to confidently speak with individuals, business owners, and medical professionals.
• Work Ethic: Reliable, self-motivated, and business-minded with a proven ability to work independently.
• Industry Interest: A genuine interest in the medical profession and helping the local community.
• Transportation: Must possess a valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle for local travel.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Pay: $18 to $22
• Performance Bonuses: Additional bonuses will be paid based on performance and successfully gaining new business.
• Travel Reimbursement: Mileage will be fully paid for all required local travel.
