Job summary

Foxconn Industrial Internet - FII is seeking a bilingual Trainer Assistant to support employee orientation and ongoing training in our Houston manufacturing facility. You will work with Production, Safety and Quality teams to ensure understanding of SOPs, GMP, and work instructions, delivering engaging sessions in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable speaking to groups and conducting training.
• Experience with PowerPoint and Microsoft Office.
• Able to work with cross-functional teams.
• High school diploma or GED required; further education a plus.
• Adapt training style to different learners.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding sessions.
• Present training materials using PowerPoint and visuals.
• Train employees on processes, safety, policies, and quality.
• Collaborate with Production, Safety and Quality teams.
• Track training records and attendance.
• Support continuous improvement through coaching.
• Ensure SOP, GMP, safety and quality compliance.
• Provide one-on-one coaching to close skill gaps.
• Update training documents and procedures.
