Responsibilities

• Support RN and physicians by ensuring timely data collection, exams, and tests.
• Document all patient care activities accurately and communicate progress to the RN.
• Assist with patient assessments, discharge instructions, and care coordination.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and professional boundaries in all interactions.
• Assist with supply needs, room cleaning, and organization to optimize workflow.
• Provide courteous, clear communication via phone and in person.
