Job summary

Hudsonview Center in Hudson Heights, NJ, is seeking a Bilingual Korean and English Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide hands-on nursing care to residents and support the unit's clinical and leadership needs. You will collaborate with nursing staff to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

Current LPN license valid in NJ
Graduate of an accredited LPN or vocational nursing program
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a care team
Must pass TB screening and required health checks
Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments, ensuring accurate documentation
Perform clinical assessments and monitor changes in residents’ conditions
Assist physicians during rounds and exams
Communicate effectively with residents’ families and care team members
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality regulations
