Job summary

Regional Finance Company of California LLC is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist in Stockton, CA to drive revenue by meeting goals, enhancing conversion, and delivering tailored lending solutions to customers in person and over the phone.

You will manage the full customer and loan lifecycle—from application through funding and repayment—while building trusted relationships. A bilingual Spanish/English capability is preferred to serve diverse customers in our California market.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass drug screen, criminal background, and credit checks.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and customer outcomes by meeting goals and maximizing conversion.
• Manage the full customer and loan lifecycle, including application, funding, repayment, and collections.
• Build relationships and recommend tailored financial solutions.

Working Conditions

Office-based role providing consumer loans in person and via phone. Hours are typically Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays and overtime as needed.
