You will manage the loan life cycle, including collections, across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, in-house systems), while educating customers on loan terms and optional insurance products.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual Spanish required.

• Educate customers on optional insurance products and ensure understanding of loans, terms and options.
