Job summary

OneMain Financial Group is hiring Loan Sales Specialists to help customers by listening to their needs and offering financing options. The role emphasizes friendly, fast service and professional development within a dynamic, supportive environment.

You will develop customer relationships throughout the loan lifecycle, including collections, while ensuring compliance with relevant laws. On-site position with a schedule Monday–Friday and possible extended hours, including Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in sales, collections, or customer service preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands to provide timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations by delivering results against branch goals.
• Develop connections and maintain relationships with customers throughout loan process.
• Manage loan lifecycle including collections while complying with laws.
• Engage customers and departments via phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate achievement-oriented drive and goal focus.
• Educate customers about optional insurance products and loan terms.

In the Role

• Engage with customers and other departments through multiple technological channels, including phone, email,chatand our in-house systems
• Exhibitpassion for achievement, bringing an internal drive to succeed andgoal oriented attitude
• Clearly educate and inform customers on optional insurance products, ensuring customers have a thorough understanding of the loans,termsand their options

The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed which may include Saturday.
