Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required or with ability to obtain license.
• Texas Life Insurance license required or ability to obtain one.
• Insurance or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell and explain life insurance products to new and existing customers.
• Contact and follow up with leads and potential customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Prepare quotes and complete insurance applications accurately.
• Maintain consistent daily sales and follow-up activity.
