Job summary

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical, Counseling, or Health Psychology required or licensed eligible.
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency preferred for patient interactions.
• Experience providing psychotherapy and psychological evaluations in adult/geriatric settings.
• Ability to work independently within an integrated care model.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy and psychological evaluations for adults and geriatric patients.
• Work with patients in skilled nursing and rehab settings within local facilities.
• Create and customize treatment plans with a patient‑centered focus.
• Operate within an APA‑approved clinician‑led behavioral health team.
