Job summary

Lutheran Services Florida (LSF) seeks a Bilingual Licensed Clinician in Sarasota, FL to provide mental health services to Unaccompanied Children. The role includes clinical intake, ongoing therapy, and crisis intervention in a hybrid schedule.

Requires a Master's in social work or related field, licensure eligibility, and fluent Spanish/English. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered, with strong benefits and opportunities to impact families and communities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work with clinical experience.
• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure.
• Experience with vulnerable immigrant or migrant populations preferred.
• Residential facility experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical intake assessments and ongoing clinical and crisis interventions.
• Screens Unaccompanied Children for human trafficking concerns.
• Collaborate with case management to discharge clients within ORR timeframes.
• Conduct weekly individual and group counseling sessions for UC clients.
• Provide translation support as needed.
