Job summary

EmergencyMD is seeking a full-time Legal Assistant for our Clearwater Office. You will handle a high volume of clerical tasks and be the first point of contact for potential clients, quoting fees for traffic tickets and license issues.

Must be flexible to work until 6 PM, Monday through Friday. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour during training with raises based on evaluations; benefits after 60 days and PTO after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume clerical tasks.
• Directly answer incoming calls to quote legal services.
• Experience in traffic tickets and driver's license casework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and route inquiries.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and client communication.
