Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, effective communication skills.
• 2 years leasing experience preferred, customer-service oriented.
• Experience with RealPage is a plus, bilingual is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and prospects in a friendly, professional manner.
• Conduct tours of the property and community for prospective residents.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, online leads, and in person.
• Follow up daily with prospects and assist through the leasing process.
• Prepare and review leasing documents and applications; collect deposits and payments.
• Maintain resident information in OneSite and support occupancy goals.
