The Abbey Residential Services,Inc in Houston, TX is seeking a bilingual Leasing Consultant to guide tours in English and Spanish, assist with applications, and manage leasing documentation. You will engage prospects professionally and help create a welcoming community in The Abbey at Energy Corridor.

The role requires at least 1 year of leasing or customer service experience, a warm personality, and weekend availability. Join a team that values service and community.

Competenze

• 1+ year of leasing, sales, or customer service experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Warm, engaging personality and strong communication skills.
• Able to multitask and stay organized.
• Weekend availability required.

Mansioni

• Give friendly, informative tours in English and Spanish
• Help prospective residents complete applications and lease documents
• Follow up with leads and stay organized using our leasing software
• Answer resident and prospect questions with care and professionalism
• Support resident activities and community outreach
• Assist with marketing and maintain office presentation
