Griffis/Blessing, Inc. seeks an expert Leasing Consultant for its multiple communities along the Front Range. The role emphasizes superb customer service, strong communication, and the ability to work independently while supporting the Property Manager and maintenance teams.

Bilingual candidates are required and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation is necessary. Ideal candidates will handle leasing tasks across several communities, utilize leasing software, and engage residents

Formación

• Multitasker with strong teamwork and reliability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for residents and staff.
• Ability to work without direct supervision and deliver great customer service.
• CAM or NALP certificates are a plus.
• Experience with leasing software and social media is helpful.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance with valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual capabilities are required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide functional support for the Property Manager and Maintenance Teams.
• Work independently in the Manager's absence and coordinate with residents, vendors and staff.
• Promote properties and manage leasing processes for Copper Chase and other communities.
• Leverage leasing software and social media to attract residents.
