La Clinica de Familia (LCDF) is a FQHC with several locations in Southern New Mexico. The role oversees clinical staff and supports patient care within the clinic, ensuring nursing practice aligns with policies and protocols.

The RN in this exempt position provides direct patient care where needed and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered services to diverse populations in Southern New Mexico.

Competenze

• Current New Mexico RN License is required.
• CPR certification/training; ongoing CEU maintenance.

Mansioni

• Direct supervision of assigned clinical staff and clinical support direction of patient care.
• Provide nursing supervision per established policies and nursing protocols.
• Support providers in patient care and treatment in the clinic.
