The role involves coordinating crews, communicating with customers, and supervising daily site operations. Physical work, local travel, and strong problem-solving are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience leading commercial roofing crews.
• Experience with all types of commercial roofing systems is ideal.
• A valid driver's license.
• Initiative, integrity, and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Lead roofing crews from start to finish ensuring craftsmanship.
• Remove and install BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope roofing.
• Maintain safety guidelines and quality workmanship.
• Interact professionally with customers.
• Attend meetings and assist in training crew members.
• Track inventory and file daily reports.
