Job summary

Maryville Academy is seeking a Bilingual Lead Clinician for the Unaccompanied Children's Program. The role supervises clinical staff, plans therapeutic services, and ensures high-quality mental health care for youth.

You will provide training, case consultations, and cross-team collaboration with the Clinical Director. The position requires a Master’s degree in social work or related field with licensure and IL LCSW/LCPC, plus supervisory experience and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or related field with licensure.
• Two years of clinical service experience, including work with children or youth.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Licensed by the State of Illinois (LCSW or LCPC) required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates, supervises, and oversees therapeutic and psychological services for program youth.
• Directs three or more employees and ensures compliance with ORR standards.
• Provides ongoing consultation, training, and supervision to therapists and staff.
• Organizes clinical team meetings, training sessions, and staff onboarding.
• Participates in crisis intervention and coordination with Clinical Director.
