Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience in production, manufacturing, warehouse, or similar environment.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish for instruction and training.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and support a production team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to document production data and reports.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Production/Plant Manager with daily operations and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Coordinate employee assignments and production workflow according to daily demand.
• Provide instructions, coaching, and training in English and Spanish.
• Monitor daily production metrics and communicate delays or issues to management.
• Help improve labor utilization, efficiency, and costs.
• Maintain proficiency in production tasks and assist as needed.
• Ensure linen handling, processing, and staging procedures are followed.
• Record incoming soiled linen and finished linen weights with customer and date details.
• Identify items needing reprocessing and document quality issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Enforce safety procedures and report hazards promptly.
• Foster teamwork and accountability in the department.
