Job summary

Landtech in Fort Collins, CO is seeking hardworking landscaping laborers to join our team. This full-time role involves park maintenance, planting, equipment operation, and delivering timely reports. The successful candidate will be bilingual and comfortable working outdoors in variable weather.

Qualifications

• Bilingual ability required.
• Experience in landscaping and equipment operation preferred.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks in outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Performs park maintenance duties including various combinations of the following duties and tasks.
• Sod laying, planning, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, rock and compost insulation.
• Plants trees, shrubs, bushes and flowers.
• Operates a variety of equipment including tractors, rototillers and miscellaneous hand tools.
• Completes and submits daily work reports, work orders and payroll timesheets in a timely manner.
• Takes responsibility for own actions and learns from mistakes.
• Inspects and maintains assigned equipment and vehicles.
• Cleans assigned vehicles and equipment.
• Applies chemicals, fertilizers, and other hazardous materials following safety precautions.
• Promotes a culture of safety in the workplace and reports hazards.
• Wear company uniforms and maintain neat appearance.
• Provides courteous customer service; responds to inquiries from the public.
• Relays citizen requests for service to Construction Superintendent appropriately.
• Demonstrate ethics and promote company culture.
• Work with management, project management and field personnel.
• Comply with Company policies and procedures.
