Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required for client communication.
• Experience in customer service or property management preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with guidance from a Senior Portfolio Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily operations of an assigned portfolio under the Senior Portfolio Manager.
• Visit properties regularly to inspect service quality and staffing.
• Build professional relationships with clients, managers, and staff.
• Serve as point of contact for routine client requests.
• Coordinate staffing needs and scheduling changes.
• Support HR and recruiting on staffing and onboarding.
