Job summary

Mutual Trading Co., Inc. is seeking a bilingual Japanese and English ERP Manager in El Monte, CA to drive ERP implementation and system optimization. You will gather requirements, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure on‑time delivery across U.S. locations.

You will lead user training, system configurations, and data migration efforts, with occasional travel and after‑go‑live support. A Computer Science/Engineering degree and ERP experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE or related field required.
• At least 2 years of hands-on ERP experience preferred.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP implementation projects across U.S. locations.
• Gather requirements and align them with system capabilities.
• Coordinate tasks, timelines, and resources to meet deadlines.
• Provide user training and post-go-live support.
• Identify risks and escalate to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors on improvements.
