Qualifications

• Business level Japanese (JLPT N2) required or equivalent.
• Able to travel up to 10% for trade shows/meetings.
• Associate’s degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate documents and emails between Japanese and English.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings for associates and managers.
• Assist with executive meetings between upper management and clients.
• Communicate in multicultural office and factory settings, including client site visits.
• Handle administrative tasks and respond to customer inquiries.
