Fountain is seeking a Bilingual Janitorial Supervisor for a full-time permanent position in Melbourne, Florida. The ideal candidate must have previous lead or supervisory experience in a janitorial role, be able to lift 35-50 lbs, and complete training immediately. Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring quality inspections, and promoting workplace safety. Full-time benefits are available as well as opportunities for on-the-job training in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 35-50 lbs.
• Must be able to start training immediately.
• 18 years of age or older.
• A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
• Previous Lead/Supervisor experience in Janitorial Role a must.

• Completes regular quality inspections of assigned client.
• Ensures all associates are properly trained at each assigned account.
