Qualifications

• Familiarity with inventory reporting and discrepancy resolution.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular cycle counts of inventory to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Utilize data collection tools and software to record inventory counts and update stock levels.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to perform physical inventory audits.
• Assist in order fulfillment by locating and retrieving items from the warehouse.
• Work with 3PL partners to coordinate stock transfers and resolve inventory issues.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, adjustments, and variances.
• Generate reports on inventory levels, trends, and discrepancies for management review.
• Support production planning by providing accurate inventory data for forecasting.
